By completing your purchase with Mystery FC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

❓ Can I return my mystery jersey?
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, only if the jersey:
• Is unworn and unwashed
• Has all original tags attached
• Is in original condition

❓ Can I return a jersey if I don’t like the team or design?
No. Because Mystery FC sells mystery jerseys, returns are not accepted for:
• Disliking the team, league, or design
• Receiving a jersey you already own
• Personal preference

❓ What if Mystery FC sends a team or design I asked NOT to receive?
If Mystery FC sends a jersey from a team or a specific shirt that the customer clearly listed in the “Select up to 3 teams or specific shirts you don’t want to receive” section at checkout, we will exchange the product at no additional cost.
Conditions:
• The jersey must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Photo proof may be required
This exchange applies only in cases of fulfillment error by Mystery FC.

❓ Are worn or tag-removed jerseys returnable?
No. Jerseys that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing original tags are not eligible for return or exchange.

❓ Who pays for return shipping?
• For approved fulfillment errors (sending a restricted team/shirt), Mystery FC will cover return shipping.
• For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

❓ Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are offered only when Mystery FC sends a restricted team or design that the customer selected to avoid at checkout.
No other exchanges are available.

❓ What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
